  There's this guy named Ryan who works there. STUD. Every time I walk in he greets me with a sick chin nod and a firm fist bump. I needed a new screen protector cuz my girl got drunk and threw it against the toilet seat in my apartment, but that's neither here nor there. Ryan led me to the screen protectors IMMEDIATELY. Talk about customer service! Bottom line - give this guy a HUGE raise and/or bonus. He's sick.

  Been trying to complain about AT &T service in local area. Tried different settings on phone with no improvement. Having a cellphone that only works outdoors is nonsense. AT and T should modernize their cell tower in our area. Glad I still have a landline that is reliable and useful. As far as I'm concerned my cell is an expensive paperweight.
