  Very friendly, cheerful staff, Shannon went out of her way to help me and make sure that my business account was setup and updated correctly. She was personal yet professional, explaining all my options to me clearly so I was able understand them. Though the store gets busy, the staff does not rush their customer service. Knowing that I am not just a phone number to them makes them truly stand out!

  Shannon was helpful and friendly. She scheduled an appointment for me when the phone I wanted launched. This store is almost always busy, but the staff never fails to give great customer service. You may wait, but you will get the same patient attention and problem-solving service when it's your turn!
